Horrible customer service. Never received my package. DHL showed it delivered but they didnt get the required signature so admitted they made a mistake and started a claim for me. DHL then gave me a claim number for Adelante to reference since they need to file the claim as a sender. However Adelante won’t do anything with it. They don’t answer their phones or reply to emails.

I bought these in Caramel from the Encore/returns section and they are an exceptional value at the discounted price. The leather is great and the fit and comfort is perfect for no socks. I went down 0.5 sizes from 10D in the Santiago chukka to 9.5D in this moccasin and it fits snugly, but not constricting. They should mold to my foot nicely as I continue to wear them. While these COULD be worn outside, I'm choosing not to so that I can wear them on carpets and put my feet up on the chair if I feel like it. I thought I might glue some rubber sole savers on that I have, but if I don't use these outside I don't really need that.

Don't fear the Encore section! I have 2 pairs now that I got for a great discount and that arrived with no evidence of being worn, or even tried on. No creasing, wear , etc. I would have accepted that as part of the bargain, but it's a bonus to get what seem to be 'new' on sale. Thanks for the good product. Very comfortable. I use them for inside the house - slip on nicely, decent grip and easy to clean. Look nice, too.

Adalante makes the highest quality shoes I have ever worn. The sizing is perfect and the craftsmanship exceptional. The leather is soft and supple. After a few days of use they fit your feet like a glove. I’ll be buying my 6th pair after this review.

The slippers are great, but definitely run narrow. I have a wider foot and had to go for a EEE instead of a EE.

These shoes are clearly of a high quality. Unfortunately, the garments I wear around my feet to treat a medical condition mean that they were too small. Even a larger pair would have to have the top cut open to make them fit.

The craftsmanship was outstanding. The fit was a little lose but acceptable. The feel of the shoe is soft and pliable yet protects the feet.

Rather than coming to somewhat of a point, the front should be more blunt configuration.

Very high quality craftsmanship. Soft but sturdy. Molded to my feet in a couple of days. Perfectly suited to wear outdoors on dry days, in the yard, or for a quick trip to the store. Attractive enough to wear with a sport jacket to the airport for long flights. (I sometimes add lightweight insoles if I'm going to be on hard surfaces for long periods.)

I purchased these as a gift for my brother, and after everything's he's said about the comfort and style, I'm just going to have a get another pair for myself!

These are truly the best moccasins I’ve ever owned. They fit perfectly and the quality of the leather is first rate. I’ve had these for a couple of months now and wear them all the time. They look as good today as they did on day one. Extremely comfortable. Thinking of getting another pair!

I have only worn them in my carpeted bedroom. They were extremely uncomfortable because the shoemaker tied off the inside right where it rubbed the side of my big toes. I was going to throw them away since I didn’t save the shipping box.
