I have owned these boots for years. They are hands down the best boots I have ever owned. I have worn them all day and my feet don’t get sore. They are my go-to boot when I need to walk in the city but want to look put together. The height is perfect, just a slight lift. These have stood the test of time and I wish everyone I knew could own a pair. They are what leather boots should be.
Purchased my first pair of Adelante shoes back in 2019, the Sofia in black, and I wore them clean out! these have been a favorite since then. It was time for a refresh so I purchased again in black another pair in stone. Thank you Adelante
I love this shoe, and especially like it was made by a Guatemalan working hard to support his family. The smell of the leather is wonderful, because it’s so natural. (Note that sizes run a bit big…I would suggest adjusting by at least 1/2 to 3/4.)

I've had these sandals for two years and they still are so comfortable, with only the best kind of wear. (And I am hard on my shoes!) I keep wanting to purchase another pair to support Adelante, but they are so well-made that there's no reason to replace them.
Boots are too stiff for me. Feels like I have cardboard on. I have use mink oil, and alcohol water several times without any difference. Sorry to say they sit in the closet.

Horrible customer service. Never received my package. DHL showed it delivered but they didnt get the required signature so admitted they made a mistake and started a claim for me. DHL then gave me a claim number for Adelante to reference since they need to file the claim as a sender. However Adelante won’t do anything with it. They don’t answer their phones or reply to emails.

I am extremely unhappy right now. I now own a pair of shoes that I cannot wear as they do not fit and your return policy, or I should say lack of return policy has left me owning a pair of shoes which I cannot wear. Furthermore, I have repeatedly tried to reach out to your customer service about this and they will not respond.
