Return Policy
For Made-To-Order orders placed on or after September 1, 2025, customers are eligible for one size-based exchange per fit group. Shoes are built on a form called a last, which determines their shape and fit. Styles made on the same last (fit group) will fit alike. Your original pair does not need to be returned and may be kept or gifted at your discretion.
A remake fee will be charged for exchanges, as detailed below:
- Marina, Cordoba, Isabella, Serena — $80
- Camila, Sabina, Sofia — $100
- Granada, Merida, Elena, Catalina, Carmen, Cozy Havana — $125
- Reina, Condesa — $150
- Viento, Tomas — $100
- Luca, Lorenzo, Nautico, Marco, Romero, Clásico — $125
- Havana, Rugged Havana, Mendoza, Valparaiso, Santiago — $140
- Men's Moccasin, Women's Moccasin, Essential Leather Belt — $50
Made-To-Order orders placed between April 1, 2025 and September 1, 2025 are final sale.
Encore inventory pairs can be exchanged for other Encore inventory pairs, pending availability. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs of items purchased through our Encore store.
Beginning September 1, 2025, cancelation of any order may be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Adelante styles fall into the following fit groups:
- Serena, Camila, Granada, Elena, Catalina, Carmen, Condesa
- Marina, Cordoba, Isabella
- Merida, Reina, Cozy Havana
- Sabina, Sofia, Women's Moccasin
- Tomas, Luca, Lorenzo, Nautico, Men's Moccasin
