We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit of unused and undamaged products from anywhere in the United States within 30 days of receipt. You can choose to exchange your item or return your item for store credit equivalent to 110% of the purchase price. (Laser etched products are not eligible for exchanges or returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Adelante Shoe Co.). Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.
Seel only provides refunds to the original form of payment and does not provide returns for exchange or store credit. The following items can be returned for a refund to your original payment method only if you purchase Seel Return Assurance:

If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.
The product must be returned to Adelante Shoe Co. in the same condition it was sent with original packaging. Vamp creases and bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

We will send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 days for us to issue your store credit.
