The color is beautiful and they look like a truly hand made shoe, where time and skill have been combined to make a statement.
The customer service of this company is really unmatched. I was so impressed with the timely manner they will response to email.
I would recommend walking around your house in the shoes to get a feel for the leather and fit before wearing them for the first time. Now adays we are not used to the quality of this shoe and the size might need alittle time to adjust to.
Definitely, worth the money!
I love these shoes, and am confident I'll be wearing them for many years! They are a sturdy and beautiful construction. Seriously, Adelante shoes are way up there and feel more solid than Frye!
I actually sized down in length. Usually I'm a solid 7.5, but I have narrow feet so most loafers and ballet shoes are boat-like on my feet. I originally ordered a 7.5A, but my heels slid out while walking. If I had regular width or wide feet, I don't think that would happen, and I wouldn't have sized down in length. So, a 7A was perfect, and slightly more narrow than 7.5A I think.
My wife loves the shoes. The fit and craftsmanship are wonderful
Thx Ken
Perfect craftsmanship, perfect fit. Delivered quickly and packaged handsomely. What's not to like? A great pair of shoes. I will purchase again.
Excellent craftsmanship. I love the look of these shoes. Versatile and stylish. Worth the price.
Beautifully crafted shoes - worth the wait! Comfortable from the beginning.
Let me start by saying that I love the look and the quality of my new loafers. The craftsmanship is impeccable. They are exactly what I have been looking for. I have a short, slightly wide foot and absolutely no one makes a loafer that will fit me off the shelf. What I do have a problem with is the fit guidance and the turn around time. I did the sizing by emailing my measurements to the person helping me (had my husband double check my measurements to be sure they were accurate). The first shoes were HUGE on my foot. ( I emailed and was sent return/exchange instructions very quickly). The second pair is very close to perfect but it is still very wide in the heel- a problem I have never had with a shoe-ever- so I had to buy some inserts to make them stay on my heel when walking. I really, really do love these shoes but I feel like I should not be having to make adjustments to an $200+ pair of shoes. I will be contacting to see how we can adjust the heel to make my next pair fit better. The process is long- I ordered on January 20th, received the first pair March 2, had to return, received the second pair a week or so ago (first week in April). I am not an impatient person, I believe that a quality job takes longer and I love the mission of this company. But, at the end of the day, I have a pair of shoes that 'almost' fit when I was hoping for perfection.
The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding! This is a beautiful and comfortable shoe. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shoe runs a little big. I bought a 7.5 for myself which I normally wear. I should have bought a 7. Same with my husband's shoe. I bought him an 8.5 4E and they were a little big. I recommend going down a half size.
Well designed shoe. Fit true to size. Comfortable for long wear
Wish you could make an orthotic friendly shoe in 12 AAA
The craftsmanship and quality of Adelante shoes are remarkable. I've been buying Frye for a lifetime and I'm blown away by Adelante. The next time I'm in the market for a pair of boots, I will be looking to Adelante first. The attention to detail and the singular care that they take with the tiniest detail is more than remarkable. The shoes are beautiful and they fit right out of the box. Comfortable, beautiful and will last more than a lifetime.
I absolutely love these shoes. They are comfortable, classy, classic and well made.
the fit and craftsmanship are fantastic on this loafer. comfortable right out of the box. quickly becoming a favorite!
