Peter’s vision is to scale Adelante’s handmade production and revolutionary impact throughout Latin America. His favorite bit of inspiration? “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”
Originally from California, Bob has worked in five countries and enjoys everything sports related. After consulting for different social enterprises over the last few years in Latin America, Bob is excited to jump into Adelante and revolutionize sustainable business practices. Bob's idol is Japanese chef Jiro Ono, because of his continued commitment to mastering the art of making sushi.
Mike's flaming red hair is an apt metaphor for his fierce passion in everything he does. He cut his teeth in non-profit management, priding himself in his ability to fix what's broken and lay the groundwork for long-term success. Mike operates under the assumption that there is always room for improvement and is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish, and Excel.
Julia graduated as an English major from Colby College with an appetite for adventure, a strong interest in social justice, and absolutely no idea what the future would have in store for her. She is thrilled to join the Adelante team and further a movement towards ethical business practices worldwide. Julia is a grammar nut and “social media guru” who loves cheese, French wine and traveling off the beaten path.
