I am extremely unhappy right now. I now own a pair of shoes that I cannot wear as they do not fit and your return policy, or I should say lack of return policy has left me owning a pair of shoes which I cannot wear. Furthermore, I have repeatedly tried to reach out to your customer service about this and they will not respond.

I have tiny medium-width size 5 feet but also have serious bunions on top of that. After to-ing and fro-ing with their amazing customer service and also heading to their Union Square holiday market space to get fitted, we finally found the perfect size to my bunion-deformed feet (5B but with a D-sized toe box). Mind you, this was before they implemented their new sizing guide online so I'm sure finding out your sizing is much more streamlined. I'm getting more pairs and this is my number one go-to spot from now on. I'm beyond pleased!

After owning several pairs of handmade leather shoes (from other companies), this one is so hard to beat. You don’t really need to “break them in” since they feel as soft as tennis shoes as soon as you try them on! Plus, I love the unique denim color they have :)

These shoes are so well made. I have looked and looked for this exact style and fit and could not find it elsewhere. They break in and form to your foot so nicely. The leather is amazing. I get compliments all of the time. I’ll be buying them in another color! True to size. Slightly stiff at first but the great quality leather breaks in, in no time!!!

Surprised my girlfriend with these. After buying the wrong size, the return process was super easy thanks to Adriana. The new pair fit perfectly on my fiance's feet. Both pairs were beautiful and I'll definitely order a pair of shoes for myself down the line!

Very comfortable, wore them for 1st time yesterday (other than wearing around inside of house). They are comfortable, but will need to put bandaids on my heels next time. I love the color, it is perfect, I ordered caramel. I ordered size 7 slightly wide, but I think 6.5 wide would have been the correct fit for me. I know I will enjoy years of future wear with them.

I have narrow feet. Evidently, there are not any lasts narrow enough for my heel.
The quality of the shoe is excellent, but the fit is disappointing especially since measurements were taken (although no outline of my foot), and a custom shoe theoretically should fit.
I still recommend Adelante, but not if one’s feet are truly narrow, ie. AA, 3AAA, etc.

These shoes have ruined all other shoes and brands for me! They are absolutely gorgeous! I get TONS of compliments on them. I typically wear an 8W and find them to fit perfect. The new leather does seem to dry quickly. I am finding myself conditioning them about every few weeks or so. I do find them a bit chunky for the summer- I plan on buying a lighter version to wear during the summer months.

This shoes is beautifully made and comfortable right out of the box. I wore it through winter and spring days with wool socks. The shoe is heavy and runs a tad big if you plan to wear then without socks. I’ve never owned such a quality pair of shoes such as these!

As always, the quality, comfort, and craftsmanship are amazing. I got the oatmeal. These are a little softer of a leather upper than I expected or the picture looked. That means that on the one hand they are a bit more wrinkle peon but on the other they are so supple that it’s like literally having a glove against my foot. My mass produced shoes just do not compare. Amazing, thank you!

The Sofia loafer is everything I hoped it would be. It’s beautifully made, graceful, and sturdy. It slipped on easily but fits snugly without rubbing. It’s shaped well for my feet. It offers support and balance.
It’s a perfectly simple and elegant shoe of high quality that goes with much of my wardrobe. I love them!

These are high quality shoes. The leather has more of a casual look to it - not a polished shiny dress shoe. Looking forward to wearing them more this spring.

The shoe is beautifully made, love the color. It fits well everywhere except at my heels. My heels pop out a bit and made a bit of a sucking sound. I am the one who can hear/feel this issue and it's not so big a deal that I would send them back. Plus wearing thick socks, in the cooler weather, helps to minimize the issue.

they are beautiful and sooooo soft. Quality materials and beautifully made. My only issue, is they are too big. My correct size, but i order them wide and now they slip off as I walk! My solution, I purchased insoles and wear thick socks. LOL
I am going to order a second pair and this time, I will be ordering a standard width.

I bought the black Sofia and love them! I saw a reviewer say they are heavy but I have found them to work for me. The other style loafer cannot be resoled but this one can. I bought the 9.5 slightly wide and they almost fit perfectly. They stay on my feet very well! These shoes will be wonderful for years to come!

These shoes are absolutely beautiful and so well made. Unfortunately, they seem to run big...my usual size ten is too big. They are sitting in the box and I've never actually worn them. I'm sad to return them because they are just classic and beautiful.
